Croissant Bread baking day

Greetings Dear Readers, parusers, and new friends.!

It's cold, it's dark, and it's the perfect day for making homemade bread. By special request of my DH, croissant bread is on the rise as we speak. I've been making bread for years and years, I don't make it with any regularity any more, but more when the mood strikes or I get a special request. Fresh bread fills our home with wonderful warmth, and aroma. It's not complicated and now with all the help you can obtain on line, anybody can make homemade bread. 

I recently found this recipe for croissant on line and will provide you with recipe link below the posting. I originally found a loaf of this bread at a local grocery store. So I began to look around and am so happy I found it, it is a winner winner here.

I will advise.... 2 sticks of butter go into this...but it is wonderful and delicious. Arn't most things which have or use butter....it is a natural goodness.
