Hello you Happy Homebody you!
How are you doing today?
It is Saturday in my world, I've got a quiet moment, did a little crochet, and received a package which by surprise did not go on the magical mystery tour via USPS. I'm grateful.
My DH & oldest are at an event down near Amish country, Age of Steam. Trains, Trains, & more Trains. My oldest hobby and passion beside history are trains.

| Corn Husk Doll Oh my word she is a cutey. |
I found this little gem on Etsy.
From 1990's. Adorable.
The 4th of July decor is done, like I said, a one off.
This one is on the dining room table, the container is made from barn wood, I've placed some natural grass in there and a few eggs & stars. Dreamsicle Angel with flag I've had for many years, & of course the crochet doily. Not fancy, rather prim in nature, to my liking.
Done & Dusted
Have you ever heard of corn husk dolls? I never did until I found my first one. This is my 2nd one. They must have been taken very good care of. Do you have a corn husk doll or ever made one?
Be of Good Cheer
This is the day the Lord has made, be glad & rejoice in it.
Faith
