Something off my hook

Hello & Welcome Happy Homebuddy! 

I've got a finished item off the hook. This will be for my one-off decor for the 4th of July I've been working on. I'm waiting on some craft grass from hobby lobby. It will help fill the bowl with the eggs and add a nice natural touch. 

Today I stained the eggs, once the filler comes and I did find one more gem, which hasn't arrived yet, will be the finishing touch.

The picture doesn't do the color justice, if you could imagine a Saffire blue,and within the yarn there are sparkly flecks of the same blue color. It reminds me of stars in the sky. So pretty. 

 This yarn is Big Twist Twinkle. I have this in a mulberry color, and it is gorgeous. This is an #4 acryllic yarn with sparkles, colorway Saffire. I used an "H" hook. 

This was a fun little diversion, I used up some things which I had, and purchased a few things I didn't to complete to project. All the yarn was used. I got one good size doily you see here. The smaller one I gifted to my son, he liked the color. 

 This is the day the Lord has made, Let us rejoice & be glad in it.
