Springtime is slowly unfolding here, still rather cold though. Inside projects are taking a priority. The first batch of cultured dairy came out pretty good. We have one jar left, and one to start the next ferment. For reference I'll post the link where I posted about further info in you are interested.

I have made some progress on the Bread Doily. I did start over as the letters were not the way I expected them to be. If you are interested in making the filet crochet bread doily, you can find the pattern for insert word Bread

Here is the progress so far
I am on track for finishing this portion up soon, because of the stitches it goes quickly. After that I will be working off of a photograph to finish the doily. It is my hope to frame it, a ways off as the edging which transforms this from a rectangle to an oval will soon be underway.

I think you are doing very well on the bread crochet filet. You are moe than half way across the word. And I am sure you will do very well adding a border too. Thanks for sharing the pattern.
