JOY!
Today, for those of who celebrate this day are no doubt in our in our kitchens preparing what we can ahead of time.
I've got the sweet potatoe casserole ready, and will baking a pumpkin pie, and some bread today. I am looking forward to a turkey sandwhich after the fact. Leftovers are always better it would seem.
Soon my home will be filled with the delicious aroma of the holiday.
I love to prepare Thanksgiving, I think it is my favorite holiday.
A beautiful day to finish the harvest season.
