It is early morning and already 75 degrees, going to be hot 94 today.
In my kitchen
Amish peanut butter pie is on my taste buds. Special request for Chicken Paprikash.
Skill Set
I've got some soft wheat berries, I'm going to grind some flour & make a pie crust for the first time using freshly milled grain.
In my hobby corner
I've been missing my hook n yarn, looking for a project. Looking at the broomstick crinoline lady, maybe I'll make another. I have that pioneer dress on the go too.
I'm grateful
After many years we replaced our broken dishwasher, a game changer for this old gal.
I rather fancy
Lovely Vintage bowls, so loving cared for that they now are in my kitchen.
I am thinking
about remaking my homemaking journal/binder, and making good use of the space it provides. Adding meal plans, and handwriting recipes, with page dividers and really making it a nice go to functional kitchen tool.
