Lovin from the oven


 It smells so lovely in here today. This is sourdough bread, I took the starter out Sunday evening, gave it something good to eat, it bubbled and bubbled all day yesterday, and last night before bed I put in the bread ingredients, and it bubbled and churned some more. At 5:00 am I formed the loaf and by 10 it was in the oven.  

I'd love to hear if you've ever tried sourdough, and in particular the method which I do for mine. It is a game changer for me.

I can imagine how good your house smelled and how tasty the bread was. Unfortunately the picture of it doesn't come up but I have a great imagination.
I think I tried making sourdough many years ago and wasn't thrilled with the results.

I have never made sour dough, but I know more and more people are. It made you a lovely loaf.
