Over the fencepost no social distancing in blogland

Have a jelly bean, what is your favorite?
I fancy the black & cherry ones, in that order.

I made this little jelly bean dispenser a while ago now, the base is used to feed chickens, and of course the multipurpose mason jar. I picked up the base at a farm supply store.
Just a little whimsy.
Working around the homestead today, going through my plastic tubs and methodically putting things back in order & purpose. The Goodwill pile is growing. My load is lessening. It's a good thing.I've got some dishes & things which were cluttering up that I don't use, and have been waiting for the opportunity to place them somewhere at sometime, neither has presented themselves, so off they go.

Pulled out all the remaining yarn and thread. Hoping it would fit because it is up to the top.
That means...use what you have before you buy again. Who knows when that will be anyway?
I've got my own craft store in those tubs. So the crochet which is on the cardboard spools, have all been wound into balls & placed in a plastic bag. The cardboard spools are in the recycle bin.
Seedlings are popping up in the tray!

I've grown tired of the daily pressers, and forgive me for saying.....it's old news they've beat it to death. There seems to be no reprieve from it. Except..Except to shut it all off and find something else to do. There is plenty as I have found right here in my own house, so they are not keeping me from doing anything. This is my normal.

Well kids...stay well.Keep your hands & mind busy with creatives, or gardening.

Great post!!!!!!!

Cute jelly bean dispenser. I haven't had one in so long, I don't remember!!!!!! Maybe red and black, since the black ones used to be scarce.

Cleaning out that which is of no more use, and simply taking up space! Ohhhh yesssssss!!!! Most everyone can do this. And now is the perfect time, to go through it. Feel the accomplishment after!!!!! Wisdom!

And keep what we have, that is useful.... In a time when we don't know, when we can go out and get more. Old fashioned frugality. More Wisdom! Let's hope more people learn this, at this time.

We do not watch the daily briefings, although I am very glad he is doing them.

We know by now, what we are to do. I don't need to know the latest tolls. Nor listen, to the press' repeated silly questions. :-(

Everyone (with a brain), knows this COVID-19 is brand new, and bad, and worldwide, and never seen before. And knows how to individually, try to deal with it. And to keep busy, at home, with whatever presents itself, in our individual lives.

And sooooo true!!!!!! No Social Distancing in Pretty Blog Land.

Stay calm

I must admit to feeling much as you do. Tired of daily reports of how many new cases and how many deaths due to Covid-19. I've organized and decluttered and am tired of it. Last week one day I was so totally discouraged by it all ( that's the day I went to buy myself flowers and assorted plants). That really helped plus we've been having some days of sunshine which is encouraging.
Cute jelly bean dispenser. I'd probably choose green jelly beans or the black ones.

I too like your jelly bean dispenser. I don't remember the last time I had jelly beans. :)

Stay safe, Faith. xxx

I like black in winter and any of the 3 citrus (green, orange, yellow) in summer. I don't care for the red, pink, or purple :-) I too am getting quite the pile to donate - sometime. It does feel good to have things gone through even if they can't leave just yet.
Have a beautiful day.

I let Harvey take care of the news department. Me, well I continue with household tasks, baking and crafting.

My fav jelly beans are the black ones of course.

God bless.

Faith, I probably should not "tell," -smile- But have read that the Queen hates to have people "fussing over her." And so, she always wears a wig, in public.

It is certainly a wonderful one!!!!!

And even I, can see, how important the Queen is, to her country... At a time like this. I don't care for the idea of Royalty. But for the UK, which has always had such, it must be a wonderful feeling of having a Mother Of The Country, at such a time.

Now I gotta' get out of this computer chair. my latest post, says why.

Be safe

I'll take an orange one please.
I've been continuing my clear out here as well. I have a feeling the charity shops will be overwhelmed with donations once the lockdown is relaxed. Stay well. X
