Hello all you beautiful Happy Home buddies.
How are all of you?
We did make it to Amish on Saturday, not a day I prefer to go as I mentioned it is very touristy on that particular day. I had ordered a book from the store there in town which sells seeds, and plants etc, and I needed to pick it up, rather than pay for shipping.
IWe had a very nice time. I wanted to hit the antique shoppe for something to hold our homemade soap powder. It currently lives in a plastic ice cream bucket, which is falling apart & not very sturdy.
I found several very nice and fairly inexpensive items for my kitchen and have placed a self-imposed ban on going there for a while.
I don't do any shopping where I live, not a fan, there isn't anything here to shop for. So that is my vice, stopping at the antique store. Sometimes I have an agenda for something, and others I want to browse and I find something. I have enough for now.
I found this little gem, overjoyed by the simple cuteness and sheer "FarmhouseWorthy" of it. I will find just the right spot for it, It is cheerful and bright.

It is a vintage sifter, probably made alot of good bakery in its time.
