Hello Beautiful Happy Homebuddies!
48 hrs since I've put up the Einkorn Sourdough Starter,
to review so far this is the first stage flour & water, 48 hrs.
If you missed the 1st posting & photo you can find it
48 hours later, I've kept it in a dark place, cool kitchen north side of our home, 68-70 degrees.
It's doing the bubbly thing. Today I will add more flour and water.
wait another 24 hours.
Have any of you made sour dough starter either with or without einkorn?

I have never tried sour dough, but more and more I think I might give it a try.

I haven't tried working with sourdough so I'm no help at all. Sorry.
I'm definitely curious on this. Was the recipe for the sourdough in the cookbook you received? I've used einkorn often, but never sourdough. I may be doing this soon.
