Howdee!
In the past well, the one time I made a lamb cake I made a white cake and frosted it with white frosting.
This year I decided to make a chocolate cake, and the directions said to sprinkle with cocoa powder which I did. It gave our little lamb some coloring and patches.
I then decided to after finding a recipe for glaze, which "should" turn a white sheen would be better than all that frosting.
I thoroughly enjoy creating this little lamb, and he did give me the giggles with the red nose. I have pink jellybeans and could have used that. A few sparse little coconut sprinkled around and I hoping the glaze will turn white.
It is what it is, and there is not another one in the world like him. (hee hee)

Easter Blessings!

I am sure the cake will taste delicious. Enjoy. The glaze look is great.
Happy Easter.
The lamb cake is too cute to eat. I was wondering about the mold...some parts look more shallow than others. How do you get it to cook evenly throughout?
No doubt the lamb was delicious!!
the cake batter fills all the nooks & crannies.
