How are all of you in this new year, brimming with opportunities?
We had some snow, and the weather while cold is more "winter" like, and I'm hoping that will mean the summer won't be Sahara like this year. The weather seems to be more "normal" for what we should have.
Getting back to a normal routine, everything is put away save the tree, which we will take down next weekend. I will miss the lights, but will embrace the space cleared.
I did a little re organizing of the fall decoration boxes, and cleaned up a little in the basement. Looking for things to go to the thrift store. As I age I don't like clutter, & really don't like looking for things. Everything has a place.
Folding clothes, warming some soup I made yesterday. This is the weather for it, inside stuff.

Definitely an inside week here on the prairies of Canada. While I am not getting many projects finished I am getting lots of tidying completed.

I agree with you, as I age I desire less. I just need to bring myself to let some things go!
