This is the update, and I'm quite glad to say finish of this project. Near as I can figure I started this sometime in July 2023, and finished it in August of 2023. October 2023 is the final installment.
I'm well satisfied with the finish, I did add 4 crochet hearts to finished piece, one to represent each of us in our family. The frame I picked up in Amish Country at an antique quaint little store 5.00. I purchased the burgundy background at a local craft store. For under $15 is complete piece.
I did not want it professional framed, it is not perfect, but I did it all by myself, with some help from my husband cutting the background.
I made this for my "dining room", which I don't currently have. But rather in my living room where we sometimes have snacks and such. Hope springs eternal.
