Happy 4th of July America!
We'll have some sunshine after a few rainy days, my rain barrel is full and these humid conditions will be great for my tomatoes.
I ordered a pattern last year which I thought was pretty, and hoped that I could actually do. It's not something that I've formally crochet before. The other day I got the incling to pull out the small hook and crochet thread, and look in my binder for the pattern.
I still have a few other items on the hook, and I'll get back to them. I wasn't feeling it.
Filet Crochet
No pattern, you work off of a grid design, 2 stitches open and closed blocks is the nuts and bolts of it.
10 rows completed and a ways to go. I like it, and am encouraged to do another project. This basically makes pictures, letters etc. I'm enjoying this and look forward to showing you the picture unfold.
Have a beautiful day!

That looks pretty. I think my aunt used to do something similar. GM
I've done filet bookmarks. In fact, I just put those patterns away. Looks great.
