Rain all about us and none for us, I am using the hose and the rain barrel to water.
We are getting flowers on our peppers and tomatoes, both of which are on the small size. It has been a strange garden year. The flower seeds I planted in early May are just beginning to bloom. The sunflowers are slow and are also very short, no blooms.
I suppose every year the garden will be different. Today I intend to harvest some basil, rocket,( Arugla) and I have some blossoms on another Lavender which has went rogue. It looks like rain, but I've seen that the last few days, and it's dry as a bone.
I made Banana pudding yesterday, never made it before. It was very good. The method I saw on you tube cooked the pudding in the micro in 3 minute intervals for 12 minutes. On the last interval, my cup runneth all over the nuker. Oh bother! I usually cook it on the stove top. I'm old school.
I've got a couple of things going on the hooks, 2 are finished. I'm still working on some thread items, as the mood strikes me.
Well, I have coffee to drink, I need to get dressed and get out to the garden, it looks like it's going to pour. I am a doubting Thomas.
At the farmhouse where I got the Blue Spruce. I love claw foot tubs, I wouldn't mind having one to plant lovely flowers in, and one to have a nice bubble bath.

I've never had Banana Pudding. Is it just vanilla pudding with bananas sliced into it?
I'd like to have a clawfoot bath tub but knowing me I'd still just jump into the shower. When we went to see Eldest son& DIL's new house last week I saw that they had a free standing tub but very modern-looking with sides so high I honestly could not have gotten into it. Or out again.
I hope your weekend is going well. GM
Sounds like here as far as gardening. My Asiatic lilies are miniature this year, and my cherries seem to be exceptionally small.
God bless.
