It didn't take long, it's chilling down and the leaves and foilage are catching up. As of yesterday I did have a Rose on the rosebush, it looks as though my "deer friends" took care of those. But the Zinnias are still going strong, and I've a few snapdragons left. I guess they don't care for them.Slim pickens for them now,
.Garden is all tucked away for the year. Getting ready for Thanksgiving now.

Ah, what comfort there is in "tucking in" :-) My plan is to do that very thing this weekend~
I can sure understand how you could easily crochet the day away. I'm like that with reading.
I suppose there's a lot to get ready in the next 3 weeks. Will you have a big turkey with trimmings on Thanksgiving?
My dream is to be able to earn enough from my crafts and digital art to just do that all day! Glad you have at least a few blooms left in the garden. Mine is shutting itself down, too...

It is a good dream,press on. I do have some snapdragons and Zinnia which are still looking good, the dear ate the rose that bloomed last week. The nights are getting cooler now.
turkey and trimmings, this I think is my favorite holiday, the house smells so good, and the leftovers are better the next day..
My MIL made the table cloth many years ago, she did beautiful stitchwork.
I did knit the day away on Wednesday and loved it. Days are getting shorter here, and much cooler. When it is nice we take advantage of it.

Yes our crafts get us through very nicely when the days are shorter and we are indoors
I can't believe how fast October passed and now we are almost to the middle of November. I seem to get farther behing each day. Feels like winter here today!!
