A little help from Mother Nature can't hurt you.

Well, Hello Friends!
Today, you've found me mixing up a little something, a recipe  which I found online. I'll link to it below.

As I write this, the postman is dropping it at the side door.
Love getting goodies in the mail.
Let's have a look see!

Look at the luscious color!
100% raw honey, straight from the beekeeper. It's the same place where I order the beeswax for my candles. Really good service, fast. I ordered this on Saturday.

Now, if you like garlic, and I do. You probably already know that there are health benefits from garlic, and the honey as well. I've learned that Honey from your local area is best for you, because it is made from the flora/fauna in your area.

Anyway have a look at the recipe below, . It can only help.
Something healthy to help repel bad germs.

Dear One, thank you.

It's not just the evil comment. I am dealing with health issues, and blogging, is too hard, for now.

Gentle hugs...
Stay calm..
Stay safe..

Wispy, take care, and we look forward to you being back in the mix again.

Garlic? yes. Honey? yes. It's together I'm not so sure about :) X

I would say it is an acquired taste for sure. People eat honey garlic chicken, chicken wings. My kids not to keen on it, but they at least tried it. It's very good for you. Seperate or together.

I must echo Jules' comment. The combination doesn't appeal much to me.
The wildflower honey has such a lovely dark colour.

I love both honey and garlic, but haven’t tried them together. 😊

I may try a recipe from MRH for health immunity too. Right now we have a supply of 4 thieves.

Nil, they are both powerful immune foods, garlic chopped fine is easier to eat with the sweet honey, and sweetness of the honey is broken up by the garlic.

Krisitina, anything we can do to bolster our immune system. My mother used to say medicine isn't supposed to taste good, it's supposed to help you.

So sorry you had to deal with an ugly comment. I used to get them by the ton, but now it's mostly spam.

I put a bit of honey in my homemade spaghetti sauce, so I think this combination might be pure gold!

We are lucky enough to get honey from a bee keeper just five miles down the road. It's delicious too! When I tell my husband about the garlic and honey he will definitely want to try it. I take honey and vinegar, which tastes pretty good mixed in a juice glass with cold water. Seems honey and garlic would help repel germs!

it is an immunity booster both together, and each on their own merit. I don't make alot at a time. If you chop the garlic fine enough I suppose you wouldn't notice it, more of the helpful oils will be released.Thank you for stopping. over.
