My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary over the weekend. We busted out of Dodge, and went to where earth touches sky ( not alot if any phone wires or poles) no distractions,or noise of any kind. We went for 1 night in a little log cabin, near Amish Country.

ReplyDeleteHappy 25th anniversary!! The pictures of the cabin where you stayed are pretty... the cheery yellow wreath on the green door and the octagonal window in the bathroom.
ReplyDeleteOur thermometer said 5 degrees this morning ( about 40 F.) Chilly. The furnace has been running these past few mornings.
Thank you for the kind wishes. The lamp, we purchased at the Antique Mall in Amish Country. I never know what I will find there, and sometimes it is nothing, which catches the eye.This lovely caught my eye, as did "Kitchy" some years ago, I knew this wouldn't be here for 3 years to pick up LOL. Again, I wishI knew a little bit about the item. It is in excellent condition. Someone lovingly cared for it.
ReplyDeleteooops! I just realized that I posted Monday Musings on Tuesday! I lost a day this week, my husband was home on Monday and we all went as a family our a Celebrate Life Day. So forgive me because I was totally confused.
