I woke up and here I sit

It's 6:17 am.....
it's dark.....
I can hear the rain gently falling....(Grateful) 😌
My outside plants will get their thirst quenched...a nice gentle deep rain.
Been miserably hot n humid...
Where is Fall?
Apples will be made into pie ( not today)
Enjoying a cuppa.
Pulling morning school driver for youngest/tallest.
DH is on 12 hours OT, ( grateful) but he is tired.
The money will help pay for the washer.
Next up...the stove\
Nothing on the hook....in search of a project

That's my Story...I'm sticking to it.

It's hot and humid here too. Crazy weather for sure, but I too am grateful for the rain we have been getting.

Rainy here too, today...

I used to naturally wake early, but no more. -sigh- Wish I still did.

But if my body is now on this schedule, why mess with it? :-)

We will be more happy about Autumn, when it comes back again. Or at least, that sounds good to say... When heat/humidity come back again.

It has rained most of the day here too and we are so grateful because the earth was bone dry and has been for weeks. I wake up early and take my first cup of coffee out on the porch. How I'm going to miss sitting there once it gets too cold for comfort.

Sounds good to me. I am wondering where fall is too. It was 97 here yesterday. Hopefully we will get a little rain late today as a cold front moves through. Still not supposed to bring much cooler temperatures though.
