Been a rainy week around my neck of the neighborhood this week. Everything looks so green and healthy. And the birds are loving it, worms and bathtime abound. Not so good for those trying to put in gardens and till their soil.

Today on the hearth.....beef stew and homemade bisquits.
I'm on the hunt......for a Holy Basil plant, may have to order one cannot find one locally.
Garden....planted 3 garlics in a container, 2 of them were already spouted in the kitchen, the rain is helping them to grow nicely.....we'll see.
Holy Basil.....I've been looking and looking....where do you get your plants from if you order online?

Seems lots of folks are getting too much rain and around here it has turned dry as a bone. We really need rain. I bought Holy Basil a few years back but haven't seen any lately. Wish I knew more about herbs and how to use them.
