Happy Homebuddy #6 We are calling this Sourdough

 Good Day Happy Homebuddies!

I hope that your Easter was beatiful and filled with joy!

We've had two days of summer weather leading up to Easter, and then it became more seasonal. 

Which is fine. I can tell you that with the warmer temperatures, me cooking & baking our kitchen became delightfully warm & so the old sourdough did it's happy little thing, I am pleased with the results, and I think I can finally call that a completed sourdough starter.

I lost track I think this was #4.

Saturday, I fed it to make sure it was ready

Transferred to its new home, I'll add some flour on top, 



The lamb made with the butter we churned; I need to find a new mold. Something a little smaller, I put the two halves together and had to patch.

Your sourdough looks like it is quite active. Good things will come from it I am sure.
