Hello Happy Homebodies!
It's been 2 weeks since I put up the Sauerkraut in the crock.
Let's look in the crock & see what's happened.
I would say this batch turned out! I did have a sample & it was good, & so good for me. The cabbage leaves on the topped, along with the weights, kept the cabbage under the brine just fine.
Now that the Sauerkraut fermentation is completed, I'm going to put up some new Sourdough Starter from the book I posted about.
