A little more pep in my step today, the sun is shining and all the crystals are out on the fallen snow, sparkling like diamonds. I've got two loaves of freshly milled flour rising gently on the stovetop. We are out of bread, so I bake albeit not on a day I usually do. But it is done and on the rise, and we'll have fresh bread for supper.
The decorations are coming out, and slowly things will be in there place for the Christmas Holiday. This little cottage gets put on the fridge, I've made one for each of the seasons/holidays.
I've got a few things on the go this morning, I've got most of the energy in the morning. We'll see what gets done.
Sourdough Pancakes for supper tonight. I found a recipe for homemade "bisquick", at the moment I have no clue where I found it. When I figure it out, I'll share.
