A brief posting about the Filet Crochet Bread Project.
I'm calling if finished from beginning to end! Very happy with the results, but what I wanted to show is how I decided to display it.
This is the tray which I ordered from Ebay, I took a picture of it, but it kept coming out blurry?
It is made of wood and rattan. A very nice vintage piece.
I did re do the scallop edge to make it less ruffly an bulky. It is a little less so, it needs a pressing not to stretch the fabric, but to tamp it down some.
This will be for display and not functional.

thank you, I'm still trying to work out how to put the piece upright without damaging the fabric or the tray.
