A little crochet talk here, I mentioned in the last posting about the cottage pattern I am making, or should I say I hope to complete. These days I seem to have a short attention span & I'm finding more things to make when I have not finished the current project. I'll press on with this hopefully I'll finish it.
The pattern calls for making two of these pieces & putting heavy interfacing in between so it will stand. I am not a fan at this moment of doing that. So I'm going to make all the pieces just so I can crochet, and then figure what I will do then.
Isn't this a pretty stitch? Adds such nice texture and a lovely backdrop for the adorable little appliques pieces which will adorn it.
Well, it's Monday in my world....straightening up, a wee bit of laundy, & supper. And of course some hook moving will be on the agenda today....
