A few project (crochet) on the go

I've got a few crochet projects on the hook, and another on the move soon. I had some stash yarn and I fashioned up these cute little gingerbread hearts, which I think will be a garland. I've got a garment which is almost finished with, the back is done and I'm working down the front panels. I designed a pattern 3 years ago, I've brought it out of mothballs, and have ordered yarn to re work it, & tweak the pattern. Well, I've ordered yarn from 2 places, one is 9 days waiting, if it comes in I'll return it. The other is from Herschners 1-2 process and ship.

In the new year I will be re evaluating where I get my yarn supplies. I am 2 miles from a major craft store, well, they like to think so. And quite possibly if they actually carried what they advertise as "doorbusters", and stop giving everything away for 60% off and more, they actually focus on customer satisfaction, supplies, and quantity, they could be considered a contender. 

I have a Hobby Lobby which I love their yarn 7 miles away, no games or gimmicks. I get catalogs from Herschners all the time, & that is where I ordered this 2nd batch of yarn. Reasonable prices, shipping and RELIABILITY, very important. 

Going to be a better steward overall of my funds next year,what I purchase and from whom. Sales all day long and discounts.  All that doesn't mean anything if I don't have the yarn in my hand in a reasonable amount of time.
