First snowfall overnight

The first snowfall is on the books for season. By the middle of the day most of it had melted, which was fine with me. The temperature will increase over the week to more mild fall temperatures.

Time seems as though it is speeding up, I seem to have lost a few months, have you seen them?

It is cozy time now, candles, baking & holiday preparations. The lighting of the timer candles illuminates are early evening, and a welcome respite from mostly cloudy days now. It's nice that they come on/off on their own, but there is no substitute for the warmth & glow of a real candle.

Pretty soon the seed catalogs will be arriving in the mail....

times are moving swiftly......

I have a few more beeswax candles to make, so I have a nice stock, along with soy which we enjoy at the holidays, candles provide a nice warm gentle glow, I've got oil for the lamps too which we like to have handy in case power goes out.

I have not seen your missing months but have sneaking suspicion they ran off with some of mine 😂

We too got snow on Halloween evening. It was strange to wake up to a layer of snow this early in the season.

I love lighting candles at this time of year (well all winter actually). It really does make a home seem very cozy.

God bless.

It must have looked like a fairy wonderland out your window. Sitting cozy (cozily?) with a hot cuppa and watching snow falling makes me happy ❤ GM
