Garden this n that mostly this

Calendula from my garden
Hello All!
Hope you are all well.

I've got some mint growing in the wee garden. It's mojito mint, it doesn't have a mint smell like peppermint at least to me it doesn't, but has a more savory aroma. Anyway.
There is quite a bit of it.
Have any of you every dried this kind of mint? Can I use when dried?
Thank you.
This lovely is from another season, for whatever reason I havn't any Zinnias in the pots or front garden this year. Making a mental note for next year. This year I planted Calendula which didn't do as well in the front pots as the back pots, the Forget me not was lovely but should be in the garden not the pots, and snapdragons were pretty from seed. So next year I'll plant Zinnias. I missed them this year.

Yes I definately think you can dry the mint Faith. I think it should dry really well. My friend dries calendula flowers & makes wonderful healing products with them.

Never grown that type of mint before, but I do know that is the mint they use in mojito drinks.

God bless.

I normally plant zinnias but didn't this year and certainly plan on sowing some next year.
I bought a plant of Curly Mint in Spring and find it has a lovely scent. I have never tried drying any though.
