Curbside is ok for food

This time of year I'm ready to visit the garden centers/nurseries. I'm ready for the cocofony of color.
It is not happening this year.
Curbside delivery/pick up only. Drive thru...is okay for food, but I want to look at the herbs & flowers to nurture my mental and spiritual side.

Enough already!

So then I took to the web to look for the seeds I wanted, and found that wasn't as easy as one might think there either. Sold out!

I did manage to find from 2 different sources the seeds I was looking for.

I'll  post about them when they come in the mail.

I posted over at my crochet blog a new finished item.

I enjoy the shadows the tall trees make, and to be able to look into the forest at this time of year.

More people are growing gardens this year, and now the threat of a meat shortage. I should have raised meat birds this spring. So much going on. I'll be checking your other crochet blog.

More and more people are growing veg this year hence the problem with seeds. We have just started sowing seeds and getting a garden going here. Take care.

Everything is different...

So lovely, to have a forest, so close by. We really love the little one, across from us.

Certain seeds you are still looking for? Let me know. If I have some extra, I will share.

These trees are in our local metropark. I love the shadows of the trees in the sunshine. Not a far drive.

Lady Locust, so nice of you to offer sharing of seeds. I was looking for flower Calendula seeds. I appreciate your offer. Thank you

I agree that a person wants to actually choose which plants we buy. I wouldn't like ordering mine at all. Does your Walmart have a garden center? Ours does and so do some of the building supply places. I got all my seeds there ( earlier in Spring though). I hope you can find what you want.

Harvey is so excited to get into the garden that he planted potatoes in some of my pots. They will be transferred into the garden when it is warmer.

God bless.

I can understand your longing to browse for seeds and flowers. I hope you manage to get hold of some. X
