I've seen these around some of the blogs, usually this time of year.
Today, I found some at the grocery store.
It comes with a dirt pellet, but after reviewing online, I see it can be done with rocks and water.
If you've started some, I'd like to hear how you did your bulbs, and if you were successful. The ones with the water and rocks looks lovely. I'm not sure I have a container for that, I'll be at the dollar store later today, and if I'm not mistaken, they have some rocks in their craft isle. They care vases and such also, or maybe a pretty glass....hmmmm......
If you've planted these, do you carry them over for another year?
Thank you 😎

This is my first year trying Paperwhites. When I opened the box I saw that the bulbs had started to grow and were quite crooked. I soaked that pellet of peat moss then planted the bulbs as best I could. I'm happy to say they have straightened out nicely and are showing new growth. I read on-line that unlike Amaryllis which can rebloom next year the Paperwhites have to be thrown away once they're done. I hope we both have them bloom in time for Christmas!!
The ones in my box are also starting to grow also. I'm glad your's are coming along. I usually get the Christmas Rose Pointsettia, and try to get it to come back ..... uh no. Every year round this time somebody blogs about these, I was tickled to find them, right next to the Amaryllis at the grocer store. Oh I do hope we both have them for Christmas too. I've read they smell nice. :)
Oh I always want to get them!!!!
And never have! -sigh-
Oh I hope they are lovely for you.
