So I had to take some books back to the library, I had some old medication laying around several years old and bagged up ready to take somewhere, can't put it in the trash or flush it...I found out our local Police Station has a drop box for such a purpose...Two things so far off the list...

Then there is the consignment shop.....oh bother! I had some items which the MIL gave me, I didn't want them to go to Goodwill, they took all the items on consignment..so they will be taken care of and used or collected. I should NOT have looked around, and I told myself put the blinders on.....maybe just one turn around the place....it's called the Red Geranium...what a neat eclectic shop this is, the last time I was there I found that little needlework purse..Well I always make two passes, I don't go often and I wanted to see what would catch my eye. I just about ready to head out and thought maybe one more time just in case I missed something...
There it was!
I picked it up, and swooned over the cuteness of it. And put it back down and walked out of the store and went to the grocery store...my final stop...or was it?
No... I went back, I just couldn't get the cuteness out of my head, never have I seen anything so delightful which spoke directly to me, since I bought my Kitchy cabinet.
This was made locally, and according the creator who signed it in 1988, so it is what 31 years old?
love things in the miniature....
Have a beauty....
It is gorgeous, what a delight.
ReplyDeleteThat is the cutest! It must have taken a lot of patience to make these tiny things! Can't blame you for going back for it.
ReplyDeleteMiniatures always amaze me; everything is so tiny! Glad you found your treasure. It's just perfect.
ReplyDeleteI agree, to make something that small, patience indeed. And nimble fingers. I try and most cases are successful in impulse buying, on the other hand, I realize sometimes things will not be there when you go back. Sometimes you win.
